Bookings have to be done in advance to avoid inconveniences
Payments can be done through cash , ecocash and RTGS transfers
Credit can be offered to customers through negotiations
In the event of credit transactions, the credit period is 7days from the date of checking out.
Clients who would have made bookings with us are expected to notify us 24hours in advance for cancellation so that we give chance to other customers.
Failure to notify cancellation funds may be forfeited since the room will be blocked.
Refund will also come with charges
A purchase order is required in advance to secure bookings. Alternatively a deposit in advance can be made.
Clients are advised to provide their names, national identity numbers and addresses when checking in for security reasons.
